Q: Is there a workout facility on-site?
A: Yes, there are two-24 hour Westin WORKOUT® centers complete with steam rooms and saunas open 24/7. Free of charge.

Q: I heard there is a complimentary shuttle. Does it pick me up at the airport?
A: Unfortunately, as of now, Westin does not have transit to and from the airport. Our office can arrange for your transfers to and from the airport (fee, subject to change.) However, Westin does provide a complimentary shuttle service that arrives and departs every 15-20 minutes on the inter-resort route and The stops on the route include; Westin Maui, Sheraton Maui, Whalers Village, and 3 stops in Lahaina including, The Cannery Mall, Lahaina Gateway Mall, and Hilo Hattie’s. Runs from 9am to 10pm *times subject to change”

Q: What is there to do for children?
A: There are two 8,000 sq.ft heated pools, one featuring 100 + foot water slide in the South Tower. For younger children there is a kiddy pool in-between North and South towers that features a wonderful pirate ship that your children are bound to enjoy exploring. There is also another child’s small pool in South Tower that connects to the main pool.

Q: Does it cost extra for lounge chairs or lounge chairs down on the beach?
A: The poolside lounge chairs are free to use and there are plenty of them. The pool side covered cabanas by the pool areas and beach lounge chairs with umbrellas can be rented for a nominal fee.

Q: Do they supply towels?
A: Yes! No need to bring your own. Westin supplies you with both pool and beach towels.

Q: What size beds does each room have?
A: All studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms are equipped with a King size famous “Westin Heavenly Bed” and a sofa-sleeper.

Q: I have heard some studios have patios (lanai’s) and some do not. Is this true?
A: Yes, some of the studio villas have a patio-lanai. (All of North Tower studios have them.) South Tower Studios only have them on corner units.) All Studios without a regular patio-lanai have a 12 inch ”step-out” meaning, you still have a sliding glass door that opens, but no seating. All 1 and 2 bedrooms have patios (lanai’s.)

Q: Can I make special requests? Such as; North or South Tower, Lanai-Patio, High floor, low floor, etc?
A: Yes, we note any and all requests you may have. However, there is no guarantee. All villas are assigned the day of arrival by Westin. They do try to honor all requests based upon availability. You are guaranteed your view type.

Q: What is the difference between North and South Tower?
A: We are asked this question all the time. The North and South towers are directly next door to each other. There is no major difference between the two. The subtle differences would lie in the interiors of the villas, such as; furniture, artwork, cabinet and granite color.

Q: What is the difference between Island View and Ocean View?
A: Island View means you are looking at anything besides the ocean water. This may include a pool, koi pond or mountain view. Ocean View means you can see the ocean water but it will not be completely unobstructed. Meaning, you will see the ocean water from your lanai-patio looking to the left or the right or straight on. Ocean front means you have a complete unobstructed view of the water. (We do not rent any ocean front view villas and neither does Westin itself.)

Q: Can we use the pools at your sister properties i.e Westin Maui Hotel or the Sheraton Maui Hotel?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot. This is for liability purposes. Each resort gives its guests special wrist bands that are only good to gain access to the pool of the resort they are staying at.

Q: Do I have charging privileges at the Westin Hotel/Sheraton Hotel?
A: Yes, you have full charging privileges at all 3 properties. (Westin Villas, Westin Maui and Sheraton.) *coming soon in the fall of 2017 The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas.*

Q: Is there Internet?
A: Yes, there is free Wi-Fi and free Internet in every villa. There is also an office center fully equipped with computers, fax and printers. (minimal fee)

Q: Are there baby supplies?
A: Yes, Cribs and Linens are free. High Chairs, Diaper Genies to Bottle warmers are available upon request and are also free of charge. Strollers are also free to use but are on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Is there free parking?
A: Absolutely! All of our guests get free underground or outside parking privileges-Westin does charge now. Valet parking for a fee is also provided for your convenience.

Q: Does your company charge any reservation, processing or desk fees?
A: Never!

Q: Can you get a car rental for us?
A: Absolutely, we get them at cost! We have the lowest rates out there. Ask or email us for a quote.

Q: We would like to do some fun activities, do you know any good places or someone we can talk to?
A: Maui Vacation Rental By Owner.com has their own activity online booking department-We have some of the best prices out there for the best activities to do!

Q: We would like to rent some snorkel gear, a beach cooler, beach chairs and paddle boards?
A: We have you covered…We are partners with the famous rental company on Maui (3 locations) (The Snorkel Store) for anything you’ll need for the beach.

Q:Does Westin have handicapped access (ADA)Villas?
A: Yes *Please call our office prior to booking villa online.

Q: Is this a timeshare presentation that I have to sit through to get these rates?
A: Absolutely Not. These units are already sold.
